Join us March 6-7, 2026 for the Resident Summit & Job Fair at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown, PA. 


Is your practice recruiting new talent?  You are invited to be a part of the Job Fair! Reserve a table to promote your practice at this event to recruit young physicians.  Lean more here.  

REGISTRATION: Registration is FREE for residents. Residents will be reimbursed for travel-related expenses and LUGPA will cover a two-nights stay at the venue hotel. Registration will open in late 2025. Check this page for updates.

LUGPA’s Urology Resident Summit and Job Fair is an essential professional education and networking opportunity for physicians in residency and those completing their final year in residency.

Looking for education you can't get anywhere else?

This FREE program is dedicated to supporting PGY2, 3, 4 and 5 urology residents during their transition to full-time practice. The Urology Resident Summit and Job Fair covers the latest insights and crucial topics on various practice settings, vetting employment contracts and important decisions to consider as you begin your career in urology.

Looking to meet employers?

The program offers residents an opportunity to personally engage with key urology leaders from some of the largest independent urology practices in the country. Representatives from LUGPA urology practices will be available in the exhibit area to discuss current job opportunities at their practice. Get a peek at some of the practices that attended last year.

Record-Breaking Attendance at 2025 Urology Resident Summit  

The 2025 Urology Resident Summit and Job Fair (Feb. 28-March 1, 2025) proved to be a resounding success, achieving its highest attendance ever. With a total of 212 participants, the event welcomed 92 urology residents, 59 LUGPA practice members, 49 industry representatives, and 10 esteemed faculty members. Read more here.
